Sports Evolution has been training athletes since it opened the doors in 2004, so opening a CrossFit box was a natural progression. CrossFit Sports Evolution opened in Summer of 2012, the first box in Blair County. Our approach to success is a unique blend of individualized training and CrossFit programming. What is CrossFit?

CrossFit, by prescription, is “constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.” Our aim is to provide a program that is broad, general, and inclusive to prepare the trainee for any possible contingency – unknown and even, unknowable. We want to train you for life so you can become stronger and tackle day-to-day activities with ease.

We emphasize fundamental, functional movements with proper technique. Your fitness will improve through dynamic workouts that include bodyweight exercises, weight lifting, and high-intensity cardio stimuli scaled appropriately for each individual.

New to Crossfit? CrossFit Sports Evolution Intro Course

The CrossFit Sports Evolution Intro Program is a 4-week introduction course to CrossFit. It consists of 8 training sessions over a 4 week period. During this program you’ll become familiar with CrossFit through lecture, fundamental movements, and workouts (WODs). Our Intro program is designed for individuals of all fitness levels who have the desire to improve their health. This course will be done both in small groups and classes.

CrossFit Sports Evolution Personal Training

If you are interested in fast tracking your performance or you simply want a private setting to train this program is a great option. All personal training sessions can be scheduled at a time that’s convenient for both the client and coach. All sessions are 1 on 1 with a CrossFit Certificate Holder. Single session $40/session or 2+ sessions $30/session
